All tagged, unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the date you receive your merchandise.
Note: We have no control over the carriers. Once the package was out, we are not responsible for any delay cause by the carriers.

Due to California's Health State Regulations, we are unable to accept custom made items, lingerie, costumes, accessories, and hosiery under any circumstances. Lingerie is considered "intimate apparel". However, we will like to exchange any unworn items.

Shipping Policy
All orders received for in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. If the item is back ordered, it required up to 7 business days.
